Custom Travel planning

Once we receive your travel plan request, we will send you a traveler profile questionnaire to
provide all the details and trip preferences that we will utilize to customize your trip plan.

Once we review this form information, we will provide you a preliminary outline for you to
review/make revisions until it reflects the exact experience you aim to have!

We will deliver your travel plan up to 5 days before the start date of your trip.

Once you submit your request, our local experts will contact you to say hello and start planning. If they feel they have all the information they need, they will quickly get started on a preliminary outline sharing their initial thoughts on what they propose for your itinerary, for you to review.

We will rework this preliminary draft as much as needed until we get your approval, and then we will start building out the final version of your guidebook.

You must inform how many planning days you will need for your trip. It does not necessarily have to be the full time of your stay in Rio, Brazil or anywhere else.

We consider any planning or arrangements beyond one service booking during a day (a taxi transfer to/from the airport) to be a “full planning day.”

For security reasons, our local experts will never ask for credit card or other sensitive payment information from travelers.

For arrangements that can’t be booked in advance or don’t require payment in advance, we will arrange and reserve a booking for you to pay for when you arrive.

For bookings that can be made ahead of time online, we will book all your activities via our credit card and then separately charge you the ticket amount. The service fee covers the processing cost of aggregating and paying individual service providers through our company.

It’s also possible to provide you links if you prefer to book hotels and activities by yourself.

At any stage of the planning process, you can ask for revisions if you find that the plan doesn’t suit your exact needs. We encourage you to approve, reject, and request alternatives until you get exactly what you’re looking for.

Once we receive your final approval, it will not be possible to issue a refund/credit for the service.

If you need to cancel your trip during initial planning, we will refund 80% of the amount paid. 20% of the amount will compensate for services already provided.

If you need to cancel your trip after the service is completed, there will be no refund. But we are committed to readjusting your planning for your next trip, as long as you follow the same itinerary.
