Overview

This is a highly recommended experience for those who like adventures, beaches, nature, and hidden gems tours!

In this experience, we will cross the coastline of the wonderful city, pass by several beaches, and explore the beautiful and wild beach “Perigoso”, which is accessible only through hiking. After enjoying the beach, we’ll do another hike: Pedra da Tartaruga! From the top, you can admire one of the most beautiful views of Rio!

Barra, Reserva, Recreio, Pontal, Prainha, Grumari and Guaratiba Beaches;
Perigoso wild beach hike;
See bathing;
Tartaruga Stone hike.

Shared experience – Minimum of 2 participants and meeting point only.
Private experience – A single price for 1 to 4 participants. The private option includes pick up and drop off, snacks, and drinks.

What to bring

Take a light snack (sandwich, biscuit, fruit) and 1 liter of water per person. Remember to take an extra plastic bag for garbage.
Wear light hiking clothes and closed-toe shoes. Caps and hats are good choices on sunny days. If you go for a sea bath, remember to bring a change of clothes and a towel. Take a light coat in your backpack, especially in winter.
Repellent, sunscreen, and sunglasses.

This tour is lead by local bilingual guides who graduated in the environmental area.
Not suitable for people with heart diseases.
Meeting Point: Av. Armando Lombardi, 1100 – Barra da Tijuca. (Shell station next to Barra Point. The station is very close to Access A (lagoon) of the Jardim Oceânico subway station.)
