You can choose between two main course options, depending on the day of the week:
Option 1: Seafood or Vegetarian Moqueca Class
Available on Mondays and Fridays at 6:00 pm.
Learn how to prepare Moqueca, one of Brazil’s most iconic dishes, known for its rich flavors, tropical ingredients, and deep cultural roots. A vegetarian version is available for guests who do not eat seafood.
Option 2: Brazilian Picanha Steak Class
Available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 12:00 pm.
Discover how to prepare Picanha, one of Brazil’s most famous cuts of beef and a true favorite in Brazilian barbecue culture.
Along with the main course, every class includes a delicious selection of traditional recipes such as white garlic rice, flambéed sausage with onions, banana-toasted farofa, grilled Brazilian cheese with pepper jam, lime caipirinhas, and brigadeiro, Brazil’s beloved chocolate dessert.
At the end of the class, sit down and enjoy the meal you helped prepare in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for food lovers, couples, families, and small groups, this Brazilian cooking experience is a delicious way to connect with Rio de Janeiro beyond the usual sightseeing — through taste, tradition, and shared moments around the table.
