Paragliding or Hang Gliding? Which one to choose?

Paragliding is slower and you can fly as if you were in a chair, in front of your instructor. Hang gliding, in turn, is very fast and can easily reach 150 kilometers per hour. Unlike Paragliding, it is recommended for those who want to radicalize and fly very fast over the city!

You must book this tour at least 24 hours in advance.
Not recommended for people with back problems or heart problems;

Minimum age: 18 years. Between 10 and 17 years old only with the legal guardian’s authorization.

Days available: Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 4pm.

When booking your experience, you must:

Inform the time you want to carry out the experience (between 8am and 4pm).
Pay a booking fee of 10% + 7% of the total experience value.
Upon receipt of your order, we will reconfirm availability with the supplier and definitively approve your reservation.
On the day of the jump, you must pay the remaining amount of the chosen jump directly to the supplier (that is 690 BRL).
If there is no availability, we will refund the total amount of the booking fee.

Is it safe to fly?

Yes. Flying with our paragliding team is considered 100% safe. In addition to all the training provided by our instructors, we conduct all the necessary weather studies and reviews prior to your flight. We also work with ramp supervisors who coordinate operations following a high standard that ensures total safety for all flights. We never fly in inappropriate conditions.

Is there a possibility of going up and not flying?

Yes. Since we are dealing with nature, it is necessary to understand the signs it is giving us. If, for safety reasons, the instructor considers it necessary, the flight may be aborted.

What is the minimum age to fly?

18 years old. From the age of 16, it is allowed to fly as long as accompanied by parents.

Do I need any previous experience to fly?

No. All the necessary instructions will be provided by the instructor during the training prior to the flight.

How long does the flight last?

It usually lasts from 6 to 20 minutes, depending on the wind it can be extended for longer. The more wind, the longer the flight!

Is it possible to fly on completely cloudy days?

It is perfectly possible to fly on cloudy days. In fact, these are usually the best days. This is because in Rio de Janeiro, the perfect weather for the sport occurs when we have the southeast wind aligned, and this often happens on cloudy days.
